The experience was decent, would absolutely stay here again. I had compact, new-fashioned room with a clean bathroom. The location of the hotel was peaceful, in a sketchy neighborhood. Further, it was just off the subway, the green subway line and Utica Av station, and restaurants.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and fresh scent of the hotel. The bathroom in particular was well-maintained and spacious, which I appreciated. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with nearby subway access and attractions such as the Brooklyn Museum and Botanical Garden within a short distance. The presence of unarmed guards at night provided an added sense of security. I had a comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel.

The location is awesome and they have parking on-site. The staff is awesome, an absolute asset to this the place.

The room was a pleasant surprise, much better than expected, and the staff showed good customer service skills by holding onto an item left behind. The location was convenient, close to the city center and easy to get around.

An unpleasant staff member left a sour taste. Room service was unavailable, and the rude staff member Shaneika ruined a crucial part of the trip.

The room was compact and immaculate, with with microwave and 2 Double beds, for example. The service was excellent and the staff were awesome.

This hotel is located in a bustling, vibrant area with plenty to explore. Despite being in a rough neighborhood, it offers a safe haven to retreat to. The staff are wonderful and always happy to help. Breakfast is hearty and a great way to start the day.

The rooms could do with some refurbishing.

Everything was great, nice location between a church an a funeral home, the staff were amazingly nice. They offered us new-fashioned and decent sized rooms with free WiFi and microwave, for instance. The room was protected with safe.

This hotel in a pretty rough neighborhood exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly accommodating, especially Crystal at the front desk who made sure I was satisfied with my stay. The rooms are updated and clean, with all the necessary amenities including a microwave and refrigerator. The breakfast options at the front desk were a nice touch, providing a variety of choices to start the day.
